1. QUESTION ABOUT A PRODUCT

Whether you are at your CNC machine, at your desk, or on the road (not driving of course), you can text us messages and pictures. Collect any information about the product about which you have a question. Pictures of the product and a product number will be the most helpful.

2. DIRECT MESSAGE THE GENSWISS TEAM

Text a message and a picture to T4TOOLS. If it's your first time using the messaging system, text JOIN, START, or TOOLS to OPT-IN. At any time text STOP to OPT-OUT.

3. GET YOUR ANSWER

A GenSwiss team member will respond directly between 8am dn 5pm EST. If you text GenSwiss after 5PM EST, we'll get the message and respond promptly at the beginning of the next business day.
