GenSwiss Coolant Drill Sleeves

GenSwiss® coolant-thru drill sleeves provide a solidly built method for holding larger diameter tools to tight tolerances. As an example, the most common tool holder collet for Swiss lathes is ER16, which maxes out at 10mm, however sometimes customers need to hold bigger tools. Sleeves are manufactured in several inch and metric shank sizes; 5/8in, 3/4in, 1in, 20mm, and 22mm. Nominal tool bore sizes range from 3mm to 8mm, in addition, drill sleeves can be manufactured to custom order.

GenSwiss® hydraulic clamping system are perfect for micro tools, extending tool life with vibration dampening and exceptional TIRs down to .00004in. An array of coolant-thru reduction sleeves further increases the compatibility of this rigid holding system by allowing tool shank sizes down to 3mm.
