5002 C30 Cut-Off Inserts
With C30 Chip Breaker
multidec® 5000 Series provides high-performance cut-off tools that are made for sliding headstock lathes in Swiss-type CNC machines. Four chip breakers available in 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm insert widths are designed to meet the highest requirements for efficient production, even in difficult-to-machine materials. multidec® 5000 Series inserts fit the multidec® 5000 Series tool holders, based on orientation left/right/neutral, and coolant-thru vs. non-coolant-thru holders.
The 5002 Insert with C30 chip breaker delivers a fine to medium cut for cutting off without counter spindle. Available in carbide with HMP725 grade coating.
