multidec® thread mill tools are a versatile way for creating metric or UNC/UNF spec threaded forms. Since thread milling uses helical-interpolation tool paths, the same thread mill can be used to create left or right handed threads. multidec® thread mill tools come standard with 3 flutes and have the options for 1 or 2 teeth with long or short shanks.  Strengthened shank mill tools are available for increased rigidity and decreased deflection.
